(James 1:2) Last weekend, I attended Resolved, a Christian conference based on the resolutions of American theologian Jonathan Edwards. This year, the focus was on the Gospel and the speakers were: John Piper, John MacArthur, Steve Lawson, C.J. Mahaney, and Rick Holland. All the audio files from this year's conference are available on the website for free downloading. I'm still reeling from what I heard there.

being neighborly

Isn't it great to have neighbors? Okay, maybe not the nosy, gossiping kind or the ones who play their music too loudly, but the ones who help you in a bind. Today I introduced myself to my new neighbor after discovering I didn't have the egg I needed to make my lasagna. He gave me the egg and saved me a repeat trip to the store, yay! I'd like to replace the egg I borrowed, but I don't know where they sell brown eggs. Any help?
