This is no small farm. In fact, I saw their eggs sold at Sprouts. This is the farm-fresh egg stand, which is located in front of a large transportation and egg-storage facility. Inside is a counter where you walk up and order eggs. There was a large selection, but they didn’t have the orange or dark yolk eggs I wanted to try. So, I just ordered what everyone else was getting.

I took some pictures, but haven’t had time to write a methodical side-by-side
comparison since I’m always rushing out the door in the morning.
I don’t
think the eggs tasted much different. As
suggested by a commenter on my previous post, commercially produced eggs from a
large-scale producer probably won’t have much of a difference, even if they are called organic.
I've already forgotten which is which.
